Bruce R. Martin
- CIC, CRM President
Bruce began his insurance career in 1982 as Customer Service Representative. He
was named Vice President in 1986 and President in 1990. He obtained the Certified
Insurance Counselor designation in 1995 and Certified Risk Manager in 2010. Active in the Professional Independent
Insurance of West Virginia he served on the Executive Committee from 1990 to 2003.
He served several years as Government Relations Chair and as President in 1995.
He was named 1991 Young Agent of the Year and 1997 Agent of the Year by the PIIAWV.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the West Virginia Mutual Insurance Company
and as Chairman of the West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management.
Robert Alan Ice
- Executive Vice President
Alan began his insurance career with Franklin Life in 1975 and he joined the Hunter
Agency in 1977. He left for a position with Farmers Mutual Insurance Company in
1981. He returned to Hunter Agency as Vice President and top producer in 1983. Westfield
Insurance Companies has named him a Most Valuable Producer five times.
James A. Williams
- Vice President Upper Ohio Valley Region
Jim began his insurance career in 1984 as a Personal Lines and Small Business Insurance
Producer with Henderson Brothers in Weirton, WV. He later began insuring larger
commercial accounts and was named Vice President of the Weirton office for Henderson
Brothers, a Pittsburgh, PA agency in 1992. He accepted his current position in January,
2004 and is responsible for the development of the Wheeling office and the Ohio
Diane Arcara - Sr. Vice President, Employee
Benefits Division Diane has been in the insurance industry since 1986, beginning
her career in the financial insurance division of Progressive Insurance. Prior to
joining WesBanco Insurance, her group benefits experience included a Key Account
Executive role at Unitedhealthcare of Ohio, and prior to that held the position
of Director of Sales for a regional healthplan in Florida for 7 years. Diane oversees
the group benefits and our TPA included a Key Account Executive role at Unitedhealthcare
of Ohio, and prior to that held the position of Director of Sales for a regional
healthplan in Florida for 7 years. Diane oversees the group benefits and our TPA department.
In addition to her Health, Life and Variable Annuities licenses, Diane also holds her Property & Casualty license and has some supervisory responsibility for Personal Line producers.
- Vice President, Employee Benefits Division
Bob joined WesBanco Insurances Group in May 2005, heading up our Employee Benefits
Division. Bob began his insurance career in 1985 with Levendorf Insurance Agency.
He later was Group Benefits Manager for Assure America Corporation and most recently
was Account Executive for Coventry Healthcare. In addition to developing our Employee
Benefits Division, Bob also is responsible for servicing the Group Benefits for
WesBanco Bank, Inc. and managing TPA Services (Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts, Flexible Spending, and Health Savings Accounts) for The Health Plan Upper Ohio Valley.
William E. Nichie
- Registered Representative Vice President Life Division
Bill began his insurance career in 1986 with Metropolitan Life and joined WesBanco
Insurance Services in March 2007. He specializes in Life, Disability Income and
Long Term Care insurance along with Investment planning. Bill’s goal is to build
solid business relationships with each and every client while providing sound economical
solutions to their financial needs.
Fred Farmer - Senior Vice President, South
Fred graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dallas Texas in 1973 with a major
in Business Finance. He became Vice President of Meeker & Meeker Insurance Agency
in 1985 and President in 1999.He has been with WesBanco since 2008.
Rhonda Deavers - CISR AVP, Personal Lines
Rhonda’s insurance experience began on the company side for Celina Insurance Company
in 1994. She later obtained a license and worked for two agencies before coming
to WesBanco insurance in 1998. Encompass and Farmers Mutual have honored her by
appointing her to their Agent’s Advisory Panels. She earned the Certified Insurance
Service Representative designation in 2009.
Nancy James - CSR
Nancy joined WesBanco Insurance Services in January, 2005. She has over 20 years
experience in the claims field. She holds property, casualty, life and health licenses
in the State of West Virginia. Nancy comes to us from another Independent Insurance
Agency and is works in the One Bank Plaza Wheeling office.
Terry Brown - CSR
Terry came to WesBanco Insurance Services Wheeling office in July, 2005, leaving
a position in commercial lines at Steele Insurance Associates. She began her insurance
career in personal lines at USAA in Norfolk, VA in 1995. After relocating back to
the Ohio Valley, she obtained her P & C license in 2001.
Bridgett Sickles - CSR
Bridgett transferred to our Shinnston office from the Bridgeport WesBanco in May
2004 where she had worked as a teller for 3 years. She is heading up our processing
department and obtained her P & C license in November, 2004.
Samantha Siebanoller - Account Executive, Title
Samantha began her professional career in the banking industry in 2008. She came to
WesBanco Insurance after serving as the Lead Teller at WesBanco Sabraton. She is received
her Property & Casualty license in September 2013. In 2014 Samantha took over supervision of all WIS title operations.
Rhonda Beezel - Personal Lines Service Assistant
Rhonda came to WesBanco on May 18, 2009 as a part time teller at the Rt. 19 Branch in Shinnston, West Virginia.
In 2012 she became a full time teller at the Pike Street Branch in Shinnston, West Virginia. She transferred to
WesBanco Insurance in June of 2014 as a Personal Lines Service Assistant, and hopes to one day become a licensed agent.
Paula S. Farley - Supervising
Paula began her insurance career in 1996 with Meeker & Meeker, Inc. Franklin, Ohio
as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1999 she became a Commercial
Lines CSR and accepted position as Office Manager handling claims management and
accounting duties. Paula has built strong relationships with her clients over her
13 years of service.
Suzanna N. Arthur - CSR
Suzy started her career at Oak Hill Banks in 2004 as a teller and transferred to
Oak Hill Financial Insurance in October of 2007 as the receptionist. She obtained
her Property and Casualty license in June of 2008 and works in the Jackson office.
Deborah M. Rauter - CSR
Deborah started at Meeker and Meeker Insurance in 2005. She obtained her Property
and Casualty license in April 2009. Deborah works in the Franklin office.
Ryan Mullins - Account Executive, Personal Lines
Ryan came to WesBanco Insurance Services in May 2014 after graduating from Ashland University
and being a seasonal floating teller for the southern Ohio market at WesBanco Bank. At Ashland, he majored
in finance and minored in accounting while being a member of the football team. He received his property and casualty
license in June 2014 and currently works in Jackson Administration office. In addition to his licensing, he is also certified in Microsoft Excel.
Leonard B. Morgan III - Account Executive, Personal Lines
Len joined WesBanco Insurance Services through the merger in 2012 with Fidelity Bank (Pittsburgh).
Len began his insurance career in 1971 and has extensive experience on both the company and agency
sides of the business. While he owned his own agency he achieved both Hall of Fame and President’s
Club status with Motorists Mutual.
Brian P. Bickle - AVP, Commercial Lines
Brian graduated from Ohio University in 2005. Upon graduation he started his insurance
career in Lexington, KY with State Farm Insurance as an auto & home insurance specialist.
In 2007, he joined WesBanco Insurance Services as an auto, home, and life insurance
account executive. He holds Property, Casualty, Life and Health licenses in Ohio
and Kentucky. Currently, he is selling personal and commercial insurance out of
the Jackson, Ohio office.
Daniel Spencer – AVP, Commercial Lines
Daniel joined Wesbanco Insurance Services from Fidelity Bank in January 2012 with the acquisition of Fidelity Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to coming to Fidelity he owned an independent agency in Atlanta, GA before relocating his family to Pittsburgh. Dan heads up the commercial sales department in our Western PA market.
Brittany Brnjic - Account Executive, Commercial Lines
Brittany came to WesBanco Insurance in July 2013 after five years with Charter One Bank. She obtained her property and casualty license in August 2013 and currently works with Brian Bickle in our Commercial Insurance department located in Jackson, Ohio.
Robin V. Roberts - AVP, Commercial Lines
Robin began her insurance career in 1994 with Henderson Brothers, Weirton, WV as
a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1999 she became a Commercial
Lines CSR and accepted additional responsibilities including accounting, claims
management, and became Assistant Office Manager. Robin accepted her current position
prior to the inception of the Wheeling office and oversees all service aspects of
Bonnie G. Marstiller - Senior
Bonnie began her insurance career with the Cromwell Insurance Agency of Elkins WV
in 1963. She earned her license in 1965. She remained with the same agency though
several mergers until she joined WesBanco Insurance Services in August of 2006.
Her office is in the Shinnston location.
Benefits & TPA
Kelley A. Lewis - Account
Kelley has been in the medical insurance field since 1999, when she joined McNelly,
Patrick & Associates. She has remained with the same agency through several mergers,
joining WesBanco Insurance Services in 2007. Located in the Jackson, Ohio, office,
Kelley is licensed to sell accident & health lines, life and variable annuities
in both Ohio and West Virginia.
Jillian Bapst, MBA - Account Executive & TPA Administrator
Jill graduated from University of Rio Grande in 2005 and the University of Phoenix in 2008 with her MBA. Upon graduating Jill started her career in the Human Resources/Benefits department of a major medical provider. She came to WesBanco Insurance in 2010, where she worked as a customer service representative for the Health Insurance market in West Virginia. Jill is responsible for the service and processing of our largest TPA customers. She holds her Health, Life and Variable annuities licenses.
Amy Willis - Account Executive, TPA
Amy graduated from Ohio University in 2005 with an Associate in Applied Business. After graduation she worked as a financial representative for American General Finance. She began working for Oak Hill Banks in 2005 as a teller later to become a Head Teller in 2007. When WesBanco Bank, Inc. took over in 2008, my position was changed to Lead Teller. I began with WesBano Insurance Services in October 2013.
Administration & Operations
Marlene Farcin - AVP, Operations
Marlene came to the Hunter Agency in 1996 with 15 years of accounting experience.
She obtained her license in May of 1997. She oversees all operations and financial
recording for the agency from the Sabraton location.
